Vesta Building Industries, LLC has been recognized as the leader in green building in the Lansing area since our inception. Vesta introduced the Lansing area to the practice of using Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) for the exterior shell of our homes and buildings. We built our first Energy Star SIP home in 2004 and we have recently been awarded the first Residential LEED Platinum classification in the Lansing area.
LEED isn't just for new homes though. It is widely used in commercial construction and sets the standard for everything we do. Not all projects become LEED certified but the practices learned from the process prove invaluable in all of our projects.
