Construction Management

Typically, Vesta will use a construction management model when working on commercial projects. This means Vesta will act as the General Contractor and obtain quotes from sub-contractors for the work to be done and then bill the customer for that cost plus our markup for overhead and profit. This model works well when the scope of the project needs to be more flexible such as an historical renovation or a situation where there are several unknowns. Most new homes are built on a fixed price model but it's completely up to the client. Vesta is always willing to work with our clients to find the best model that fits your needs, not ours.
