New Homes

While not all of our new homes are certified through the LEED for Homes program, Vesta always strives to follow the principles set forth by the USGBC and the Energy Star program. With these programs, there are checklists that must be completed along the way. Construction doesn't move forward until each step of the process is completed. Vesta will perform a blower door test on the home during construction as well as right before the homeowner moves in. You'll feel the difference a controlled environment home can make during the first winter. Cold spots are a thing of the past. If you have allergies, you will feel the difference lower pollutants and efficient air filtration systems can have. Our new homes are all built using Structural Insulated Panels or SIPs. SIPs allow us to build a stronger, more energy efficient home with more design possibilities than conventional framing would allow. They also go up faster so there is lower labor cost and less time that your home is exposed to the weather.
